Employee engagement is consistently an important topic within organisations, but given the current situation that most businesses are in of suddenly managing a remote workforce, this has become ever more important.
Our partner Glint conducted some research to identify what was most important to the people within an organisation, highlighting the key attributes that drive engagement, from managers to culture and compensation. Unsurprisingly for some, this study identified that managers were the key driver for employee engagement in most cases as well as also being one of the main drivers for productivity.
