All industries have been affected by the pandemic over the last 6 months, with most organisations moving their workforce to operate remotely, at short notice. Now, as organisations are returning to operate in their ‘normal’ environments as best as possible, employers that utilised the furlough scheme are now reboarding employees back into their organisations. How can we continue to communicate effectively when the means and methods of communication have changed drastically? What impact does this have on trust and relationship between leadership and employees?
The BTN is delighted to bring you our latest VIP virtual roundtable, in partnership with Actimo, which will cover the topic of aligning reboarding, onboarding and training to what are new cultural and working norms.
We have partnered with Actimo to deliver what will be an attendee-led roundtable discussion and the chance to interact with peers around the remote working experience, the role technology played in keeping us connected and the effect on trust and communications in the workplace, the return to work process and much more.
The session will follow the following agenda points:
- Celebrating and preparing the return and start of work
- The evolving role of technology in trust and communications
- Managing reskilling and the opportunities of revolutionising training
The session will run from 4pm – 5pm GMT with an extra 30 minutes set aside for further interaction if desired.
