The BTN is delighted to partner with Gloat, the first-ever Internal Talent Marketplace, for an exclusive roundtable with executive people leaders around the impending talent tsunami.
The job market has been affected by some of the most impactful macro trends over the past 12 months with economic shutdowns resulting in catastrophic lay-offs around the globe. Fast forward to the current climate and we are facing challenges of a differing nature with a fresh wave of voluntary departures and resignations.
Employees and companies alike are facing a set of circumstances that we’ve never dealt with before in a transition of a post-pandemic world to ‘normality’. Employees are leaving roles as they can’t see opportunities for growth within their organisations. We need to be employer brands of choice and true talent magnets but how can your internal mobility visibility be facilitated in a hybrid world?
It’s time to act now, there will be winners and losers and you know what side of the line your business needs to be on.
The conversation will be attendee led and very much open and interactive, following the below points:
- What are some of the common themes that we are seeing as reasons for leaving roles?
- What stage are organisations at on their skills analysis journey?
- How can we align inclusion with mobility?
This event will be moderated by Jeff Schwartz (VP of Insights & Impact at Gloat, Founder of Deloitte’s Future of Work Practice)
