In this exclusive preview, Suzie discusses the importance of collaborating and brining people together during times of change and uncertainty to work towards a common goal.
Suzie continues to look at the importance of communication and relating the change to the wider team that will be affected by and involved in the change or transformation. Following this, Suzie looks at the role of cultural change during times of transformation, emphasising how leaders are the best way to understand your people and their needs and getting them on board with change from there.
