Nadia is Chartered and HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist with over 15 years experience across design and delivery of assessment, leadership development, talent management programmes and organisational development. She founded Avenir Consulting, where she works to create gender-balanced organisations, embedding an inclusive culture where men and women work in a way that best meets business needs and their individual lives. She uses her psychological expertise, knowledge of the business world (across sectors) and experience in gender inclusion to partner with top teams and HR practitioners.
