She talks about how and why the programme was initiated and why, throughout the programme, the customer journey was so important. Tracey continues to explain the benefits of implementing lean throughout an organisation and it’s processes and the differences this can make to how the organisation runs in the long-term.

As HR Director for SUEZ UK, Tracey is responsible for defining and implementing the HR strategy to ensure that the business delivers its short, medium and long-term goals as well as being accountable for H&S and facilities. Her role forms part of the UK Executive Board and has a place on the Group HR Executive Committee operating from Group HQ in Paris.
