Gary Bates
Gary is an Account Director at Steps, leading on and designing behavioural change programmes. He has over 15 years’ experience in learning and development and is highly skilled in the interactive and creative learning techniques which are at the forefront of Steps’ methodology. He is also an experienced facilitator, with a first-class degree in theatre arts and valuable experience as a professional actor as well as working extensively within the corporate world. As an Account Director, and Company Director at Steps, he has managed and designed major programmes for clients such as Vodafone, EY, Nomura and Sky, on topics such as Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management and Leadership.
Anita Day
Anita Day was until very recently the European Culture Transformation Leader at IBM Global Business Services. Her international career has spanned HR Talent & Workforce Strategy, Change Leadership, and Organisational & Culture Transformation, with the bulk of that time spent in the technology sector, with companies such as IBM and AT&T. She is currently a Non-Executive Director at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, where she is enjoying the challenge of enabling Organisational Transformation in a very different sector.
