Principal Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities and Duties

• Relationship building with clients in Tech
• Regularly winning new business with new and existing clients
• Provide top-end market knowledge to clients
• Provide quality end-to-end 360 recruitment services
• Headhunting and nurturing relationships with top talent
• Inviting candidates and clients to ERUPT events and encouraging them to create content for the platform

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience
• Track record of winning and onboarding new clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to pitch effectively
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and self-starting
• Have the confidence to operate outside your comfort zone
• Competitive, with a goal-orientated mindset
• Demonstrate examples of resilience and tenacity
• Positive individuals who mirror the Annapurna Values
