Bill Burton from Dale Carnegie discusses how to overcome resistance to change within the organisation. He looks at the importance of not only pushing a performance change, but an emotional and behavioural change too. The key to overcoming change within an organisation is obtaining buy-in from the people affected by and involved in the change. For successful performance change, you must emphasise emotional change first which in turn will create behavioural change for the long-term.
