Rafael has built a career in helping organisations prepare for disruption over the last 10 years. With an especial focus on commercial strategy, transformation and organisation design, he’s a vocal proponent of the empowered employee and community in work life.

Previous consulting work includes HR technology deployment, multi-year cost-savings programs, and creation of new people analytics metrics.
