Michael Smart is a senior User Experience (UX) designer. He is also a co-founder of Berlin-based digital design agency AJ&Smart whose approach recommends that you must first ‘solve problems, then decorate’.
Michael has a wealth of experience in the industry having done work with high profile organisations such as Deutsche Telekom, Dual Citizen/ lets feedback and customer feedback analysis tool, Honestly.
