“Jackie had been unwell for many months and stood down as CEO of the CIPD earlier in the year. She passed away at the end of July and leaves a husband and two daughters. She was much admired by many and was a good friend to so many. I speak from personal experience when I say what a privilege it was to regard her as a personal and good friend. She is much missed.
