Rob continues to discuss the philosophy that, especially during times of uncertainty, we are human beings leading other human beings, first and foremost and we need to remember that. He highlights the importance of having leaders that understand and are focused on how they navigate themselves and their organisations through change, to survive and thrive during these times of change.
Rob then focuses on the importance of avoiding the cliche’s around uncertainty and ensuring we explore and get to the heart of what is driving uncertainty (particularly externally) and what is changing our behaviour.
