Leading into the Future: Building a Learning Community with Maureen Moran (Part 2)

In part 2 with Maureen Moran (Group Talent Director at Eramet), we look at the impact on the desire to learn, with a direct correlation to the virtual environment.

Maureen looks at some of the challenges around learning and how the attitudes have changed due to the lack of ‘social learning’ in groups in person. The engagement around learning is discussed as Maureen opens up about how it’s now possible to simply overwhelm employees with learning due to the scale of the platforms now being presented to employees.

Finding the time to learn should never be considering a ‘nice to do’ and how we ensure our employees are taken on a learning journey is vital.
