Judy Greevy (Director at Greevy Associates) spoke in a panel at our Excellence in Leadership (EiL) conference in October 2018 on “Hiring for Diversity, Hiring for Inclusivity or Just Hiring”.
During the panel, Judy discussed the importance of how we think about and discuss jobs and roles when hiring, which tends to be stuck in the past with specific requirements that exclude a large amount of people from applying.
