Technical Security Architect – Cloud-Native Compliance & Risk

About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Cloud Security Architect with extensive experience in cloud-native and hybrid environments? Our client is developing a next-generation platform designed to accelerate software development for the energy sector, and we’re seeking a Technical Security Architect to lead the integration of security, compliance, and risk management across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and integrate compliance, security, and risk frameworks into a cloud-native platform, spanning both private and public clouds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, and drive alignment between technical design and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements.
- Perform technical analysis across product lines, ensuring that security architecture aligns with program and product-level requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), DevSecOps, and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Oversee security architecture for CI/CD toolchains, networking, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Help define enhancements to program structure and ensure the successful integration of security within all product lines.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Security Architect or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of cloud-native and hybrid cloud environments.
- Technical expertise in:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Networking
- DevSecOps
- Containerization & Kubernetes
- Public Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- IaaS technologies (OpenStack, Proxmox)
- CI/CD toolchains
- Advanced security certifications such as:
- CISSP
- Microsoft Cyber Security Expert
- Microsoft Solution Architect Expert
- Strong command of English (C1). German (B2) is a plus.
