Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect on a contract basis to support a critical HR transformation project. The architect will play a key role in designing and implementing SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end SuccessFactors architecture for one or more modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation).

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors configuration, best practices, and integration architecture.

Translate complex business needs into functional and technical solutions within the SuccessFactors suite.

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and deployment.

Develop solution design documentation, system architecture diagrams, and integration plans.

Oversee data migration, system testing, and cutover planning.

Provide guidance and quality assurance during configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

Support change management and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 4+ years focused on SAP SuccessFactors.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale SuccessFactors implementations.

Deep understanding of one or more modules: EC, LMS, PMGM, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession, etc.

Strong experience with SuccessFactors integration tools (e.g., Integration Center, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).

Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
Nice to Have:

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems.

Prior consulting or client-facing roles.
