Senior Workday Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • BAU Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for Workday, resolving issues, managing inquiries, and assisting end-users to ensure a seamless experience.
  • System Maintenance and Optimization: Conduct routine system audits, validations, and testing to maintain data integrity, functionality, and system performance.
  • Configuration and Updates: Manage and configure Workday system changes, including new functionality releases, user updates, and organizational changes.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, procedures, and configuration. Train users on new features and enhancements.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and manage custom Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Liaise with HR, IT, and other departments to understand system needs and translate them into efficient Workday solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for optimizing existing BAU processes, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuring data integrity.
