Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst to manage, optimize, and support our HR systems, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, offboarding, and Recruitment Management (RCM) modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and deliver exceptional user experiences across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Optimization:
- Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors platform with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and RCM modules.
- Configure system settings and workflows to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Ensure smooth integration between modules and other internal systems (e.g., payroll, ERP).
