SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst to manage, optimize, and support our HR systems, with a strong emphasis on onboarding, offboarding, and Recruitment Management (RCM) modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and deliver exceptional user experiences across the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration & Optimization:

  • Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors platform with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and RCM modules.
  • Configure system settings and workflows to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Ensure smooth integration between modules and other internal systems (e.g., payroll, ERP).
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Expertise:

  • Design and optimize end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements during transitions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the onboarding and offboarding modules.
  • Recruitment Management (RCM):

  • Support RCM processes, including requisition creation, candidate tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to improve workflows and candidate experience.
  • Provide insights through analytics to enhance recruiting strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with HR, recruitment, and IT teams to identify business needs and implement system solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-users.
  • Liaise with SuccessFactors support and consultants to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Reporting & Compliance:

  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track HR metrics, including onboarding KPIs, recruitment efficiency, and offboarding outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection and privacy laws.

    Qualifications:

    • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Onboarding, Offboarding, and Recruitment Management (RCM) are required.
  • Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on configuration and administration of onboarding, offboarding, and RCM.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems integration, and best practices.
  • Skills:

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors platform configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with data reporting tools and analytics.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central).
    • Experience managing system upgrades and implementing new features.
    • Knowledge of global compliance and regulatory standards in HR.
