Senior HR Operations Manager (HRIS & Process)

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement system upgrades.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather feedback and identify process pain points.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ HR Operations professionals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
    • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
  • Data Analytics:
    • Utilise HR data to generate insights and reports that inform strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze workforce trends and identify potential issues.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR operations.
