Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the entire employee lifecycle process, including onboarding new hires (e.g., contracts, background checks, system setup) and offboarding employees (e.g., resignation processing, exit interviews).
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and integrity. .
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Payroll Support: Provide support to the payroll process by preparing and submitting relevant data, and resolving payroll-related queries.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, employment law updates).
