Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a forward-thinking leader, shaping the way projects are structured and managed for success.
• Oversee and facilitate the Scrum framework, ensuring smooth collaboration within teams.
• Guide teams in the proper implementation of Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices.
• Identify and eliminate any obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
• Organize and moderate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other essential meetings.
• Support product owners in refining and prioritizing product backlogs for upcoming sprints.
• Assist teams and individuals in setting clear objectives and aligning their actions accordingly.
• Advocate and promote Agile and Lean methodologies across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–8 years of experience in IT projects or programs.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master within a recognized software environment.
• Strong coaching abilities, with expertise in conflict resolution and Agile methodologies.
• Previous exposure to large-scale projects and international teams, with a solid grasp of best practices.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
