SAP Security & Access Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the optimal configuration of new cloud systems, including S/4HANA PCE, by coordinating infrastructure and integration resources.
- Provide expert advice and actively contribute to the ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation project, targeted for Go-Live in 2025.
- Develop and implement a seamless user experience for the SAP environment.
- Manage service activities delivered by SAP and implementation partners to maintain high-quality system performance.
- Design and enforce a future-proof role and authorization concept for user integration and deployment.
- Ensure system security by leveraging the latest cloud technologies to protect the SAP landscape.
- Continuously improve and monitor the role and authorization framework to support business operations effectively.
- Address and resolve SAP licensing matters, including planning and execution.
- Act as the primary contact for authorization-related issues, including analysis, solution development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
- Apply expertise in SAP application security, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation options, with a focus on SAP cloud standards.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP security and access management for S/4HANA systems, including Fiori and public cloud solutions such as Ariba, CPQ, or FSM.
- Proficiency in SAP Identity Management, SAP Cloud Identity, Single Sign-On, and identity provisioning.
- Skilled in managing external service providers for system administration and support.
- Deep understanding of modern security setups for SAP cloud technology.
- Hands-on approach with a strong commitment to adhering to organizational standards and best practices.
- SAP and/or cloud certifications are highly desirable.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Practical experience with low-code or no-code solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like XAMS (Xiting) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
