Job Title: Reward Manager
Location: Remote (with travel to London and Glasgow as needed)

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Reward Manager to lead and manage reward strategies with a particular focus on DB & Pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of reward strategies, with a focus on DB & Pension plans.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, requiring a direct and straightforward communication style.
- Report directly to the , providing regular updates on project status and team performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced: Strong background in DB & Pension management, ideally with prior experience partnering with Railpen or similar entities.
- Straightforward Communicator: Able to communicate directly and confidently with senior leaders, including the CEO.
- Team Leader: Comfortable managing an analyst and contributing to a positive team environment.
