Are you looking for your next Reward role? Prestigious Global Financial Services firm are looking for an Associate Director of Reward to support the Reward teams based from London, you will be an integral player in the global reward function if this firm.
The ideal candidate will be analytical and have experience with renumeration data and the design of complex compensation packages with ability to work and present to senior stakeholders across the business. Your role will directly effect and influence future reward strategies ensuring they are up to date with markets and regulations in financial services, also helping the firm attract and retain existing and potential talent.
Experience you will bring:
Ideally 10 years’ experience in a Reward role and sector experience within financial services.
Advanced Excel skills along with a Strong analytical background
University degree or equivalent
Experience working in a client facing role like consulting would be ideal.
