This Reward Analyst role is part of the Reward Operations Team and reports to the Reward Manager – Operations. The position supports the execution of key Reward activities, including but not limited to annual merit reviews, statutory reporting, salary survey submissions, share scheme administration, annual flexible benefits renewals, staff travel, and pension administration across the network.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be the primary contact for compensation and benefits processes, handling escalated queries from the HR Service Centre and providing expert guidance to payroll and HR teams on key scheme rules. You will manage daily Reward activities, including obtaining external market insights, overseeing invoice management, and maintaining Reward FAQs. Additionally, you will support the annual reward and benefits calendar, including merit reviews, bonus calculations, flexible benefits enrolments, employee share schemes, and the Spirit event. You’ll take ownership of survey submissions, recognition and service awards, UK pension administration, and flexible benefits. You will also manage escalated queries, the Reward queue on Service Cloud, internal communications, Reward invoicing, and ensure compliance with data protection requirements while supporting team communications and engagement activities.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an HR role with exposure to Reward and benefits, preferably within a FTSE-listed company. You should be proactive, confident in taking initiative, and possess strong relationship management skills. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF formulas, is essential. A solid understanding of HR frameworks, job structure, sizing, and evaluation is important, with knowledge of job evaluation methodologies like Towers Watson or Hay being desirable. You should be capable of analysing and providing insights from data, familiar with HR databases like Workday and Reward systems, and adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
