- 4-5 years in project management, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or tech industries, within a medium to large company.
- Proven success managing projects in Agile settings, coordinating across various teams including development, marketing, and design.

- Business Orientation: Solid understanding of business goals, project prioritization, and stakeholder management. Skilled in aligning project deliverables with overall business strategy.
- Agile Project Management: Experienced with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
- Risk Management: Proactive in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and coordinate remote teams, and maintain alignment with stakeholders across departments.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage dependencies, timelines, and resources efficiently.
