Job Opportunity: People Partner (Amsterdam)
Annapurna are delighted to be partnered with a luxury brand who are looking for a People Partner to enhance their people operations and cultivate a vibrant company culture. Reporting into a very highly regarded Chief People Officer, this role is crucial in ensuring that the people strategies align with the business objectives. While this is a fully generalist role, it is a great opportunity if you are passionate about talent, organisational effectiveness and diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding
- Support the talent acquisition efforts, helping to bring on board best in class talent and driving improvements in the recruiting process
- Drive performance management systems
- Advise managers on employee relations and HR policies
- Create and deliver training and development programs
- Keep abreast of HR trends and suggest innovative improvements
Requirements:
- Knowledge of end-end HR policies, employment law, and compliance
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Expertise in developing training programs
- Excellent stakeholder management capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
