People Business Partner You’ll be the main HR point of contact for specific departments, helping them achieve their business goals through effective people strategies.
What you’ll do:
Partner with department leaders: Understand their needs, provide expert HR advice, and help them implement people-focused plans.
Talent Management: Develop and implement plans for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Performance & Change: Drive a high-performance culture, support organizational changes, and ensure effective performance management.
Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, provide guidance to managers, and identify trends to improve policies.
Engagement & Culture: Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Work with HR Teams: Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., recruitment, training, compensation) to deliver HR services.

Strong HR experience, including talent management, employee relations, and organisational change. Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders.
