PA to People Directors

As a Personal Assistant to the People Directors, you will be the essential support within the client’s vibrant hospitality business and an integral member of their exceptional People Team. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, drafting key communications, and handling expenses, alongside general administrative duties. Acting as the first point of contact, you will represent the Directors, handle inquiries, organize travel and events, and provide support to the broader people teams. Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Organize and maintain diaries, adjusting schedules to ensure productive and prioritized plans.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meeting logistics and prepare agendas to ensure meetings are well-planned, with clear objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Communication Support: Assist with researching, preparing confidential and sensitive reports, and drafting key business communications.
  • Expense Management: Handle expenses, ensure proper budget allocation, and assist with budget reporting.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the first point of contact internally and externally, managing queries, representing the People Director team, and handling calls and visitors.
  • Travel and Event Organization: Arrange travel, events, team days, and meetings, efficiently managing logistics, agenda creation, and presentation coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience supporting multiple directors simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to manage and prioritize the needs of high-level executives.
  • Corporate Background: Proven track record of working within a corporate FTSE250 business, showcasing an understanding of the complexities and demands of a large organization.
  • Diary Management Skills: Proficiency in diary management, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the Director’s schedules are optimized.
  • Travel Management Expertise: Skilled in organizing detailed itineraries and handling all logistics to ensure smooth, timely travel arrangements.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Adept at working cross-functionally across the wider business, facilitating communication and collaboration with various corporate functions.
