Annapurna Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with a leading FTSE100 organisation to find an exceptional Manager of Executive Search to hire senior talent across the business.

 

Reporting into the Director of Executive Recruiting, this Executive Search Manager will take a proactive stakeholder management approach and enjoy building relationships with senior business leaders. By fostering an environment of engagement and collaboration, the successful candidate will be a trusted strategic partner to the organisation’s senior leaders and the wider People function to deliver against senior hiring in the business. They will deliver Executive Search and Market Mapping strategy and maintain excellent relationships with talent pools and pipelines into the business to ensure talent remains engaged ahead of demand. The successful candidate will:

 

  • Manage complex and sometimes confidential searches to deliver high-quality talent into the business.
  • Manage a team of 2.
  • Provide ongoing review of Executive Search and Market Mapping strategy and approach, as well as provide advice to senior leaders on external trends and best practice.
  • Promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within the organisation and ensure fair and inclusive recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with internal senior business leaders, as well as external networks to best prepare the organisation for changes in hiring dynamics.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent individual contribution in executive search, in either an executive search firm, or in an executive hiring capacity in-house. A background in executive tech hiring will be helpful here too.

 

They will be personable and enjoy building relationships and will be motivated to provide quality support to all areas of the business.
