Linux OS Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Linux OS Lead to manage and optimize Linux-based systems within a large private cloud infrastructure programme. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and security of our Linux environment, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Linux OS systems in a private cloud environment
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to support software deployments and system integrations
- Ensure the security and compliance of Linux systems through regular updates and audits
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Linux OS administration and management
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, scripting, and automation
- Proven ability to manage large-scale Linux environments within a cloud infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
