Network & Security Engineer


As a Network & Security Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing a modern enterprise network infrastructure. You’ll work with leading technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Infoblox, and F5, ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and exceptional service reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain enterprise-grade Juniper and Cisco access switch infrastructure to ensure peak performance and stability
  • Administer and optimize Cisco WiFi infrastructure, including Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
  • Operate and manage Cisco DNA Center, with a focus on software-defined access (SD-Access)
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Infoblox DHCP and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions
  • Monitor and proactively analyze network performance using tools like PRTG Network Monitor
  • Support and manage F5 load balancers and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for secure network access
  • Collaborate with global network teams to align infrastructure standards and drive operational consistency
  • Lead day-to-day operational tasks to maintain network availability and work closely with application and security teams
  • Document network configurations, maintenance routines, and security procedures to ensure operational transparency
  • Stay current with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, administration, and security
  • Strong command of network protocols, architectures, and enterprise networking standards
  • Expertise in managing Cisco WiFi networks and Cisco 9800 WLCs
  • Solid experience with Juniper and Cisco switches and firewalls
  • Practical experience with Cisco ISE, Infoblox DHCP/IPAM, and PRTG Network Monitor
  • In-depth understanding of Cisco DNA Center, network automation, and assurance tools
  • Familiarity with scripting/automation using Python or Ansible
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with strong prioritization and time-management abilities
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
