Interim Payroll Consultant

Position Title: Interim Payroll Consultant (INSIDE IR35)

Location: Manchester / Remote

Duration: 6 Months


Key Responsibilities:

  1. SuccessFactors Payroll Implementation and Integration:

    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Assist in configuring and customizing the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module.
    • Collaborate with IT, HR, and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration with time and attendance systems, financial systems, and other relevant platforms.
  2. System Analysis and Optimization:

    • Analyze current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement or automation using SuccessFactors.
    • Design and implement system enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for payroll system upgrades.
  3. Payroll Processing and Compliance:

    • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing using SuccessFactors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
    • Ensure compliance with local tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with reporting and analytics on payroll data for financial and auditing purposes.
  4. Training and User Support:

    • Provide training sessions for HR, payroll teams, and other stakeholders on the use of SuccessFactors payroll functionalities.
    • Create user guides and documentation.
    • Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors related to payroll processes.
  5. Project Management:

    • Collaborate with project teams to implement new payroll initiatives.
    • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
    • Participate in testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support.
  6. Data Integrity and Reporting:

    • Ensure payroll data integrity and accuracy across all SuccessFactors modules.
    • Develop and maintain reports related to payroll metrics, tax filings, and other relevant data.
    • Ensure data security and privacy are upheld in line with company policies.
