Position Title: Interim Payroll Consultant (INSIDE IR35)
Location: Manchester / Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors Payroll Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of payroll processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Assist in configuring and customizing the Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration with time and attendance systems, financial systems, and other relevant platforms.

System Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement or automation using SuccessFactors.
- Design and implement system enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for payroll system upgrades.

Payroll Processing and Compliance:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing using SuccessFactors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with reporting and analytics on payroll data for financial and auditing purposes.

Training and User Support:
- Provide training sessions for HR, payroll teams, and other stakeholders on the use of SuccessFactors payroll functionalities.
- Create user guides and documentation.
- Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors related to payroll processes.

Project Management:
- Collaborate with project teams to implement new payroll initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
- Participate in testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support.

Data Integrity and Reporting:
- Ensure payroll data integrity and accuracy across all SuccessFactors modules.
- Develop and maintain reports related to payroll metrics, tax filings, and other relevant data.
- Ensure data security and privacy are upheld in line with company policies.
