Annapurna is seeking an experienced HR Change Project Manager to support a European HR Target Operating Model (TOM) deployment for a major global private sector organisation.
This assignment plays a critical role in shaping the success of a large-scale strategic transformation programme, with a key focus on change readiness, enablement, and leadership engagement across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of the HR TOM across European business units
- Develop and execute change and communications strategies tailored to each market
- Drive readiness assessments, stakeholder alignment, and engagement plans
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to embed transformation principles
- Enable change champions and manage resistance through structured interventions
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated track record in HR transformation and change delivery
- Strong understanding of HR operating models and organisational design principles
- Experienced working across multi-country or pan-European change programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially at CxO level
- Based in or able to regularly travel to Amsterdam
