Focus on improving data flow, system processes, and efficiency.
Manage and utilise data effectively, integrating across systems where necessary (e.g., ATS, LMS).

Reporting and Analysis:

Build and optimise reports using tools like Business Objects, Power BI, and SQL Server.
Understand data structures, interpret requirements, and translate non-technical user needs into actionable solutions.
Ensure data security and proper user profile management.

System Management:

Focus on iTrent (HR system) business objects, leveraging available modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Maintain database access, build reporting functionality, and work alongside IT to avoid conflicts with their data team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with non-technical stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
