HR Reporting Specialist

The HR Reporting Specialist will focus on HR analytics and SQL, managing HR data to provide actionable insights. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR reports and dashboards, analyzing HR metrics and trends to support strategic planning, and ensuring data accuracy. The specialist will collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand reporting needs, provide training on reporting tools, and continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics or reporting. Strong proficiency in SQL, HRIS systems, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
