Annapurna is partnering with a leading private sector organisation undergoing a major HR digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced Interim HR Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of a Knowledge Management System within ServiceNow HRSD.
This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping how HR content, policies, and guidance are structured, maintained, and accessed across multiple regions, improving employee self-service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the full lifecycle of the HR Knowledge Management System project
- Partner with global HR, IT, and content teams to define taxonomy, governance, and content workflows
- Ensure seamless configuration and launch of the ServiceNow Knowledge Management module
- Embed usability, compliance, and accessibility into the knowledge experience
- Manage interdependencies with existing SAP HR systems and wider ServiceNow programme streams
Required Experience:
- Strong experience in HR system implementation, with specific focus on knowledge or portal content platforms
- Proven delivery using ServiceNow HRSD, especially in Knowledge Management modules
- Background in large private sector or global enterprise environments
- Experienced working with multi-country stakeholders across the EU
- Strong understanding of HR process, service delivery and employee experience best practices
