Interim HR Project Manager – Private Sector | ServiceNow | SAP | EU Experience Required

Annapurna is supporting a major private sector organisation on a large-scale HR digital transformation programme across Europe. As part of this programme, we’re looking for an experienced Interim HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new employee HR portal, built on ServiceNow and integrated with a SAP HR platform.
This role is central to the success of the employee experience workstream, bringing together HR, IT, and change teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of an employee HR portal implementation
- Own the plan, governance, and delivery of the ServiceNow portal solution
- Align and integrate with SAP core systems and existing HR architecture
- Work cross-functionally with internal and third-party delivery teams across multiple regions
- Ensure business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and employee-focused outcomes
Experience Required:
- Proven track record delivering HR systems projects in large-scale SAP environments
- Strong delivery experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Background in HR technology transformation within the private sector
- Familiarity with EU stakeholder groups and ability to manage region-specific requirements
- Strong communicator with experience engaging senior HR and IT leaders
This is a delivery-led interim assignment for someone who thrives on creating impactful, user-focused HR experiences at pace.
