Project Manager – Human Resources (EU)
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage HR-related initiatives across the EU. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, and a structured approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage HR projects across the EU, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Lead end-to-end project execution, managing scope, budget, and timelines.

Establish governance frameworks and provide transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align requirements and expectations.

Develop and deliver clear communication plans in collaboration with Corporate Communications.

Support resource allocation and ensure team members understand their project roles.

Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration within a global matrix environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

5+ years of project management experience in a global matrix organization, ideally within HR.

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
