Job Title: HR Project Manager (6-Month Contract, Part-Time)
Reports to: Global HR Director
Overview:
We looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract to drive a BAU (Business-as-Usual) transformation project with both global and local scopes. This role will focus on coordinating and aligning project activities while managing stakeholder relationships across various levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Global HR Director and other senior stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring alignment between global and local transformation initiatives.
Engage and navigate relationships with key stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Communication, and Head of Learning.
Manage the people element of the transformation, ensuring effective change management practices are in place.
Act as the central point for bringing together multiple workstreams and ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within a global organisation.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
A track record of delivering successful HR transformation or change projects.
Contract Details:
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: 4 days per week
Location: Hybrid – Office attendance required a couple of days per week
Status – Outside IR-35
