HR Process Analyst with SuccessFactors Expertise

We are seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly within the Recruitment and Onboarding modules. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimising HR processes, ensuring seamless system functionality, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, design, and optimise HR processes related to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, providing guidance on best practices and system capabilities.
  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with organisational requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SuccessFactors, particularly in recruitment and onboarding workflows.
  • Deliver training and support to HR teams, promoting system adoption and proficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and propose upgrades or improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to ensure the organisation remains ahead in HR technology.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in HR process analysis, HRIS management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
