HR Data Analyst

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Collect, process, and analyse HR data to support workforce planning, employee engagement, turnover, recruitment, and diversity initiatives.
    • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
    • Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on HR metrics and KPIs, such as headcount, time-to-hire, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Power BI Development

    • Utilise Power BI to design dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into HR trends and workforce analytics.
    • Implement data models, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query in Power BI to ensure data accuracy and facilitate in-depth analysis.
    • Integrate Power BI dashboards with other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) for seamless data flow and comprehensive analytics.
  • Data Quality & Governance

    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by setting up regular audits and validation processes.
    • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain data governance standards and improve data sources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with HR leaders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR team members on how to use Power BI reports and interpret data insights.
