- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time insights to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports on HR metrics and KPIs, such as headcount, time-to-hire, retention, and employee satisfaction.

- Utilise Power BI to design dynamic dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into HR trends and workforce analytics.
- Implement data models, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query in Power BI to ensure data accuracy and facilitate in-depth analysis.
- Integrate Power BI dashboards with other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) for seamless data flow and comprehensive analytics.

Data Quality & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by setting up regular audits and validation processes.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to maintain data governance standards and improve data sources.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR leaders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR team members on how to use Power BI reports and interpret data insights.
