Executive Reward Manager

Support the annual remuneration committee and AGM processes, including drafting and reviewing documents, working materials, and backup analysis as needed.

Conduct detailed analysis and provide insights on target setting, remuneration benchmarking, and valuation of benefits and equity awards.

Assist with the assessment, design, and implementation of the global career framework for senior leadership roles, ensuring thorough review.

Perform industry and financial research to inform compensation strategies and design.

Monitor best practices and emerging trends in executive compensation, including regulatory, legislative, and shareholder developments, and identify potential impacts on compensation strategies.

Develop pay structures and incentive plans that align with the overall business strategy.

Standardise policies and processes related to compensation and benefits.

Safeguard confidential information, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy standards.

Collaborate with Group Finance to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of reward metrics.
