Customer Success Lead – Cloud Solutions

What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Documentation teams to refine customer journeys and enhance user experiences.
- Support customer migrations and onboarding, offering guidance through technical and non-technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer success, preferably within cloud-based platforms (IaaS/PaaS).
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German B2 is a plus).
