In this exclusive preview, Emer discusses the topic, focusing on how the phrase ‘transformation’ could be an issue in itself as it used as a disguise for what leaaders intend on changing.
Emer continues to look at how by being honest, meaning what you say and saying what you mean organisations could increase their transformation success rates greatly. She highlights the importance of phasing transformation as opposed to performing it as one mass change, to ensure that your people can adjust incrementally.
Following this, Emer emphasises the importance as a strong, stable leader as a figure head for change that people can then believe in and trust.
