Guy Butler (Transformation & Strategy Executive Director at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association) is talking on “Intelligent Disobedience: Transformation Leadership Lessons from how we train our Guide Dogs” at 2pm on Monday 18th November at Excellence in Leadership 2019, which takes place on Monday 18th – Tuesday 19th November 2019.
In this exclusive preview, Guy discusses how intelligent disobedience links to transformation, using examples from the way in which they train guide dogs to make an intelligent and informed decision based on its surroundings and circumstance, applying this to business, particularly going through a transformation.
Guy then continues to look at the role of leadership during times of change, focusing on how humanity is required when leading during times of change or uncertainty.
Guy will be speaking at the BTN’s Excellence in Leadership Conference 2019.
