How to make applying for jobs less painful

We all know that applying for a new job can be a frustrating and drawn out process, with a lack of response to hundreds of applications based on a CV which purely disheartens you. Yet this doesn’t need to be the case anymore. More and more organisations are beginning to use tech-forward options to help with the assessment process during hiring, allowing them to identify candidates that they may have previously missed. As AI is being embraced within organisations as the future, what will this mean for you?

Priyanka Jain (Head of Product at Pymetrics) explains how AI can be used to remove bias and improve the hiring process demonstrating how pymetrics use neuroscience games to collect data that machine learning and artificial intelligence can analyse using bias-free algorithms to democratise career search and hiring.
