Future-proofing your employee experience through linking it to your business strategy and culture

Wed, 08/09/2021 - 16:00 to 17:30

The BTN is delighted to partner again with UKG, an HR workforce management solutions provider, around the topic of ‘Future-proofing your employee experience through linking it to your business strategy and culture’.

Can we ever truly ensure our Employee Experience (EX) strategy is future-ready? How can we build agility into our EX strategy to facilitate changes at speed?

EX’s role has been flung to the forefront of businesses priorities, with the focus now not just being within the People function. Organisations need to be aware of the shift in employees’ priorities with a new emphasis on safety, purpose and well-being. How can we take our employees on the journey as we move to more hybrid ways of working and provide the capabilities for our employees to continue their personal development?

The session will be an interactive and open discussion, which will follow the below conversation points:

  • How to ensure your workforce and HR technology aligns with your EX strategy
  • How to build meaningful EX connections and inclusivity across different personas, work environments, platforms and spaces (virtual and physical)
  • How to measure ROI and iterate your EX approach to remain frictionless and agile

We will be running from 4pm – 5.30pm (BST), with the session being open and interactive.
