Evil Walks: Conscious Capitalism with Andrew Fox – EiL 2019

On 18th and 19th November we hosted our annual conference: Excellence in Leadership, this year focusing on the theme of ‘Delivering Through Uncertainty’ which boasted an impressive speaking lineup covering some intriguing topics.

Andrew discusses the concept of conscious capitalism and how it could affect the future of business and organisations in the modern world.

This clip looks at how much bigger our impact is on the world than we initially realise, emphasising the cult of self and the role of ego in the modern world and how this is affecting businesses. Andrew continues to look at how successful change stems from a change in the attitudes and approaches of the people, not an enforces change upon the people.
